1 1⁄2 oz Rye, Woodford Reserve
1⁄2 oz Aperol
1⁄2 oz Sweet vermouth, Carpano Antica Formula
1⁄4 oz Averna (Amaro)
2 ds Cherry Bitters
1 twst Orange peel (as garnish)
Instructions
Combine ingredients with ice filled yarai and stir to mix. Strain into old fashioned glass over large ice cube. Smoke with cherrywood. Garnish with orange peel.
