1⁄2 oz Aromatized wine, Cocchi Americano
1⁄2 oz Aperol
1 twst Lemon peel (as garnish)
Instructions

Add all ingredients to chilled mixing glass, add ice and stir. Strain into chilled Coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Very nice. Quite similar to Kyle Davidson's The Dry Season, but with the addition of bitters and slightly different proportions of the liqueurs.
