1 1⁄2 oz Mezcal, Ilegal Joven
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Egg white
1 pn Black pepper (Fresh ground, as garnish)
Instructions

Combine all liquids into a cocktail shaker. Vigorously dry shake for 5 seconds. Add ice. Shake, double strain into a coupe, garnish with a pinch of fresh ground black pepper on top.
