Scot's Pear

1 1⁄2 oz Blended Scotch, Johnnie Walker Platinum Label
1⁄4 oz Tawny port
1 oz Pear juice
3⁄4 oz Ginger syrup
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1 Candied ginger (as garnish)
Instructions

Shake, strain over one big rock in a double rocks glass, garnish.
