1 oz Amaro, Lazzaroni
12 oz Grade A dark amber maple syrup
12 oz Lemon juice (clarified)
12 oz Orange juice (clarified)
2 ds Orange bitters, Regans' orange bitters
1 oz Egg white
Instructions
Shake, reverse mime, double strain into a chilled low-ball glass. Garnish with an orange peel and a basil flower.
