1 1⁄2 oz Blanco tequila
3⁄4 oz Añejo rum
3⁄4 oz Pineapple juice
1⁄2 oz Orange juice
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1⁄4 oz Orgeat
1⁄4 oz Demerara syrup (1:1)
1 pn Salt (himalayan pink sea salt)
Instructions
-half rim rocks glass with salt
-shake all other ingredients (including pinch of sea salt)
-double strain over fresh ice
-garnish with lemon wheel and pineapple leaf
