2 oz Blanco tequila
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
1⁄2 oz Campari
1⁄2 oz Grapefruit juice
1⁄2 oz Simple syrup
Shake and strain into an old fashioned glass over fresh ice and garnish with a lime wheel.
Some may prefer 2:1 sugar syrup. Agave nectar would probably work well too.
