1 1⁄4 oz Mezcal, Banhez (or other minimally smoky Mezcal)
1 1⁄4 oz Iced Coffee (cold brew concentrate)
1⁄2 oz Coffee liqueur, Galliano Ristretto
1⁄4 oz Demerara syrup (1:1 (or 2:1 at half the amount))
1 rinse Herbal liqueur, Green Chartreuse (S)
3 Coffee bean (floated, as garnish)
Instructions

Shake, strain, serve in a green Chartreuse-rinsed coupe, garnish with coffee beans.

Notes

An accessible Espresso Martini variation. The Mezcal contributes minerality more than smoke--the drink tastes a bit like a dry tiramisu.
