The Alpine Rabbit

1 12 oz Bourbon
1 12 oz Carrot juice
14 oz Walnut Liqueur, Nux Alpina
12 oz Demerara syrup
1 pn Fleur de sel (sea salt)
1 sli Ginger
Instructions
Shake w/ ice, strain into a rocks glass w/ a king cube. Garnish with ginger

I prefer this recipe with a few dashes of Angostura
History
Fresh carrot juice, bourbon, and a sweet, slightly bitter walnut liqueur combine for a drinkable twist on a carrot cake.
