              1 oz Bonal Gentiane Quina
              3⁄4 oz Lime juice
              3⁄4 oz Honey syrup
              1 twst Grapefruit peel (shaken)
              1 spl Soda water
          Instructions
    
          Shake, strain, one big rock, soda.
