1 oz Light rum, Plantation 3 Star
1 oz Pineapple juice
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
3⁄4 oz Cinnamon syrup
1⁄2 oz Crème de Banane, Giffard (Banane du Brésil)
1 wdg Pineapple (garnish)
1 Orchid (garnish)
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with one large cube for 30 seconds, fine strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and edible orchid.
