Sundial

1 1⁄4 oz Cognac
3⁄4 oz Cherry Liqueur, Clear Creek
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Orgeat
1 t Elderflower liqueur
1⁄2 t Amaro Abano, Luxardo
1 Egg white
1 twst Grapefruit
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin and shake with ice.
Strain into a chilled coupe.
Express the grapefruit twist and discard.
