1 1⁄2 oz Jamaican rum, Smith & Cross
              3⁄4 oz Grapefruit juice
              3⁄4 oz Maple syrup (maybe less – to taste)
              2 ds Peychaud's Bitters
          Instructions
    
          Shake well with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Notes
    
          1/2 oz of maple syrup was plenty to my taste, may want even less.
