1⁄4 oz Floc de Gascogne (or white pineau des charentes)
2 oz Champagne (brut or drier)
1⁄2 oz Honey syrup (1:1)
1⁄4 oz Ginger syrup
2 ds Acid phosphate
3 dr Orange flower water
Instructions
Build over one big rock in a nutmeg sugar-rimmed glass and stir, adding in Champagne.
