Improved Scotch Sling

2 oz Islay Scotch (McClelland's)
3⁄4 oz Sweet vermouth
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Honey syrup (1:1)
1 t Maraschino Liqueur, Luxardo
2 ds Bitters, Angostura
1 Lemon zest (garnish)
Instructions

Build over ice, stir, strain over fresh rocks. Garnish with a lemon twist.
