1 1⁄2 oz Bourbon (wheated)
1⁄2 oz Oloroso sherry, La Bodega
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Ginger syrup
1⁄4 oz Demerara syrup (1:1)
Shake, fine strain, serve on the rocks in a double rocks glass, garnish with a lemon peel and candied ginger.
A fairly dark, very stormy whiskey sour.
