Notes

The recipe is equal parts Punsch and Bacardi rum, with a teaspoon each lemon and orange juice. I've taken this to mean 1 oz of each.

History

In his 1947 Bartender's Guide, "Trader" Vic Bergeron suggests 1.5 Punsch, .75 Jamaican rum, and 1 tsp each orange and lemon.
