1⁄2 oz Curaçao, Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
2 ds Bitters, Dram Hair of the Dog
1 rinse Absinthe
1 twst Lemon peel (as garnish)
Instructions

Stir, strain into absinthe-rinsed glass, twist.
