1 3⁄4 oz Reposado Tequila
1⁄2 oz Islay Scotch, Ardbeg 10
3⁄4 oz Sweet vermouth
1⁄2 oz Averna
1⁄2 oz Lime juice
1⁄4 oz Cinnamon syrup
2 ds Peychaud's Bitters
2 ds Bitters, Bittermens Xocolatl Mole
1 oz Egg white
Instructions

Shake with ice, strain out ice, then dry shake with egg

Notes

Interesting flavor but too sweet. Sugar needs to be cut back and could also use more smoke, salt, or bitterness/herbaceousness. Perhaps different amari? USE SFUMATO RABARBARO??!
