3⁄4 oz Madeira, Blandy's Malmsey 5 Year
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
1⁄4 oz Demerara syrup (2:1)
2 ds Chocolate bitters, Bittermens Xocolatl Mole
2 Raspberry (shaken)
Instructions

Shake, fine strain, up.

Notes

Depending on the tartness of your raspberries, you might want to up the lime or syrup a bit.
