1 oz Apple cider (Unfiltered)
1⁄2 oz Bénédictine
1⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1⁄4 oz Simple syrup
4 lf Sage

Muddle sage, shake with ice, serve straight up -- garnished with a sage leaf.
