12 oz Absinthe (such as la clandestine)
12 oz Gin, Martin Miller's
12 oz Lemon juice
12 oz Simple syrup
1   Egg white
2 dr Bitters (Fee Brother's Mint)
1 oz Soda water
1 twst Lemon peel (as garnish)
2 lf Mint (as garnish)
Dry shake, shake, strain into collins over ice. Top with soda. Drop bitters on foam, garnish with lemon twist and mint.
