Shake, double strain, cocktail glass, no garnish.

Yes, that's 1 full ounce of bitters, 44% ABV.

History

This was a riff on the Trinidad Especial from Valentino Bolognese, which also has an entry here.

    Is there a mL/cL bug in the entry? This is over 30 oz of ingredients, so decreasing by a factor of 10 might make it reasonable (30/25/20/15).

    I made my own tumeric/ginger syrup. I think the turmeric adds a subtle complexity to an otherwise straight-up margarita. I don't think more tumeric would be helpful.
