2 oz Cuban rum, Havana Club Añejo Especial
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1⁄4 oz Honey syrup
1 twst Orange peel (as garnish)
Shake all ingredients together and double strain into a chilled coup. Garnish with an orange peel.
