12 oz Cherry Liqueur, Cherry Heering
14 oz Rich demerara syrup 2:1
1   Egg yolk
12 oz Heavy cream
2 ds Bitters, Bittermens Xocolatl Mole
1   Brandied cherry (as garnish)
Instructions
Dry shake, shake with ice, double strain into a coupe. Garnish
