1 oz Old Tom Gin, Tanqueray Old Tom
1 oz Apple brandy, Lairds Bonded
1⁄2 oz Demerara Rum, Lemon Hart 151
1⁄2 oz Orange liqueur, Grand Marnier
1 oz Pineapple juice
1⁄2 oz Lime juice
1⁄4 oz Orange juice
1⁄2 oz Cinnamon syrup (*peppercorn & juinper infused)
1 bsp Allspice Dram, St Elizabeth
2 ds Bitters (*Five Watt Sweet Fennel Bitters)
Instructions

Shake all w/ ice. Dirty pour into a halved, hollowed pineapple. garnish as you see fit.
