Edited to existing ingredient "Coffee bean", deleted recently added/uncategorized "coffee beans". I need to review this cocktail again and figure out what to do with it. Steve made an excellent follow up video explaining that we've all been doing this one wrong. I would like to add portions of that here with respect to the actual calls and notes on how the coffee liqueur was prepared--even if that is not what is in the current drink.

Outstanding balance between smoke, sweet, and bitter.

Made with plymouth and glad I did; the strong gin provides a good backbone against lots of sugar and citrus. Liked it more the more I sipped

Oops. Fixed. I was trying to transcribe from memory and I failed (slightly). The 1 oz instead of 3/4 oz would still work but will end your evening quicker.

    Agree with reducing lemon juice
