Gantt's Tomb

1 oz Bermuda rum, Gosling's Black Seal
1 oz Rye, Rittenhouse
1⁄2 oz Demerara Rum, Lemon Hart 151
3⁄4 oz Pineapple juice
1⁄2 oz Orange juice
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Simple syrup
1⁄4 oz Allspice Dram
Instructions

Shake with ice. Strain over crushed ice in Collins glass. Mint sprig garnish.

Notes

Named for Ernest Gantt, otherwise known as Don the Beachcomber.

  • Good drink, but don't overdo it on the dram.
  • Boozy tiki style drink! I wasn't sure the rye would play well, but did fine. I made 2nd time with a little chinese 5 spice. Very tasty.
