Rich but potent, well structured with lush berry/grape from the wine based amaro/aperitif, along with the maple and plethora of other warm and welcoming flavors. 4.5 out of 5 (only dinging half for how sweet it is) but rating a 5 because it didn't last long in my glass, and I am certain my wife will like this variation on a rich Black Manhattan theme.
