1) Shake with ice and strain into a frozen coupe glass.
2) Shake with ice but do not strain into a frozen coupe glass.
1. Timut Pepper originates from the Himalayas and has a pronounced grapefruit flavor !!
2. In the "Instructions" above ..... use method 2) if you want little pepper floaties to be something of a garnish.
Just a couple of days ago I discovered Timut Pepper. This is my first experiment with it.
