Los Florales
Combine in a tin. Shake. Double strain into a coupe.
I found this in a PDF that I had from a Tales of the Cocktail a few years back. I haven't seen references on the interwebs on who created it or where it came from. It was an article about The Daisy.

- Banana Daiquiri No. 2 — Jamaican rum, Crème de Banane, Scotch, Lime juice, Ginger syrup, Lime
- Golden Gun — Blended rum, Añejo rum, Apricot liqueur, Bitters, Lime juice, Demerara syrup, Grapefruit juice
- Tommy and the Ron Dels — Añejo rum, Tequila, Galliano, Mezcal, Absinthe, Bitters, Lime juice, Agave syrup, Lime
- Tatooine Sunset — Jamaican rum, Falernum, Bitters, Lime juice, Ginger syrup
- Top Notch Volcano — Jamaican rum, Maraschino Liqueur, Lime juice, Pineapple juice, Demerara syrup, Passion fruit puree
I used Fever Tree's "Refreshingly Light" ginger beer, which just has about half the amount of sugar. I didn't try it with the regular ginger beer, but I think the one I used is the way to go. It was still plenty sweet since the liqueurs and vermouth have plenty of sugar.
