Add all ingredients to a shaker tin, minus the bitters. Dry shake, then add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds. Strain into rocks glass over ice. Add 3 dashes of bitters over cocktail.
- Bread & Wine — Scotch, Oloroso sherry, Absinthe, Lemon juice, Grade B maple syrup, Orange peel
- The Mason-Dixon — Bourbon, Bitters, Lemon juice, Orgeat, Egg white, Maple syrup, Sage
- Southern Nocello Nights — Rye, Walnut Liqueur, Bitters, Lemon juice, CioCiaro, Simple syrup
- Gris-Gris Sour — Bourbon, Chicory Liqueur, Lemon juice, Maple syrup, Egg white
- Francis the Mule — Bourbon, Orange bitters, Orgeat, Lemon juice, Coffee, Lemon peel
