Shake with ice the gin, Violette, and lemon juice. Pour into a frozen coupe glass.
Gently add the FeverTree elderflower tonic.
I put the FeverTree tonic into the freezer for awhile to get it icy cold. Thus when adding, the cocktail stays icy cold.

- Dish Walk Cooler — Gin, Sparkling water, Lavender syrup, Lemon juice
- Roses in the Snow — Gin, Peychaud's Bitters, Club soda, Lemon juice, Rose water, Simple syrup, Egg white
- Earl of Lavender — Gin, Bergamot liqueur, Bitters, Tonic water, Simple syrup, Lime juice
- Violet Fizz — Gin, Crème de Violette, Soda water, Lemon juice, Sugar
- G'Vine Blush — Gin, Brut Champagne, Pink guava puree, Syrup of roses, Lime juice, PInk grapefruit juice
