- The Old Bard — Genever, Amaro dell'Erborista, Gran Classico, Bianco Vermouth, Bitters, Lemon peel
- Jabroni — Jägermeister, Gran Classico, Gin, Peychaud's Bitters
- Viking's Cup — Gran Classico, Aromatized wine, Aquavit, Applejack, Bitters
It’s nice, and there’s potential here but it’s pretty sweet. Personally, I’d scale back the amaro and liqueurs a bit to let the shochu shine a bit more.
