Notes

Earl grey gin: infuse 3 tea bags per liter of gin; champagne syrup: 1:1 simple by weight with flat champagne instead of water

Instructions

Shake all ingredients bar soda water with ice, and strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice. Top with the soda water, express and discard a grapefruit twist, and serve with a straw.
