Stir; strain; up; garnish.
I used Kikkoman low-sodium.
- Clear red brown color. Orange scones on nose. Sip has maple syrup, miso, nectarines; swallow brings umami, some alcohol heat. Some Nilla Wafers in finish, and pepper. Salted caramel in there too.
- Georgia on My Mind — Bourbon, Ginger liqueur, Bitters, Peach juice, Basil
- St. Crispin — Demerara Rum, Calvados, Orange bitters, Bitters, Apple juice, Honey syrup
- Owl's Head — Apple brandy, Apricot liqueur, Licor 43, Bitters, Cider, Lemon peel
- A Pair of Pared Pears — Añejo rum, Pear puree, Lime juice, Ginger juice, Cardamom
- Cayman Cider — Gold rum, Sorel liqueur, Falernum, Bitters, Cider, Lime juice, Nutmeg
