Sledcar
Shake, strain, serve up in sugar rimmed glass.
First tried a version of this drink deep in winter at the bar Tracks in the Pitcher Inn in Warren Vermont. No recipe was available, so to replicate it we used similar proportions to the obvious cocktail it is based on, the Sidecar. The maple syrup makes the riff decidedly Vermont.

- China Clipper — Gold rum, Lemon juice, Simple syrup, Lemon peel
- Tangerine Dream — Cognac, Ginger liqueur, Peychaud's Bitters, Lemon juice, Tangerine juice, Simple syrup, Tangerine peel
- Summer Babe (Winter Version) — Rye, Cognac, Grapefruit liqueur, Apricot liqueur, Lemon juice, Orgeat, Mint
