1⁄2 oz Strega
1⁄2 oz Maraschino Liqueur
1⁄4 oz Crème de Menthe
1 Maraschino cherry (as garnish)
Instructions

Stir; strain onto ice ball; garnish.

Notes

For the acid solution, I dissolved 1/4 tsp. citric acid and 1/2 tsp. malic acid in 2 oz. water. This makes for a clearer drink, but lime juice could sub in a pinch.

There are a bunch of arugula gimlets out there! Back Bar (Somerville) has one called just "Arugula Gimlet" with basically the same recipe but with simple syrup instead of agave.
