- Coley Cobbler — Sweet vermouth, Fernet Branca, Gin, Demerara syrup, Orange
- Fernet Cocktail — Sweet vermouth, Fernet Branca, Curaçao
- Bonsoni — Sweet vermouth, Fernet Branca
- Dear Gowanus — White whiskey, Aromatized wine, Contratto Fernet, Bitters
Fernet and absinthe work well together and salt plays a role in tying it altogether. Interesting but not exactly my cup of tea.
