Shake with ice and strain into a frozen coupe glass.
(1) The Gin I used is Bombay Blue Sapphire. I very very heavily infused it with Bay Leaves. Which is to say: I put a lot of bay leaves into a glass jar, added some Blue Sapphire, put the lid onto the jar, and stored it in the freezer for at least 6 days (I lost count).
My fourth experiment with Bay Leaf infused gin.
- Saddle Tramp — Gin, Bigallet China-China, Damiana Liqueur, Mint Bitters, Grapefruit juice
- Jasmine (Robert Hess) — Gin, Triple sec, Campari, Lemon juice, Lemon
- Nervous Breakdown — Gin, Grapefruit liqueur, Amaro, Grapefruit bitters, Lime juice
- Witches Jelly — Gin, Amaro Montenegro, White grapefruit juice, Cinnamon syrup
- Waterproof Watch — Gin, Amaro Montenegro, Aperol, Bitters, Orange peel
