Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a hollowed out pineapple or a large snifter glass, and fill with crushed ice.

Notes

Martinique rhum could possibly be replaced by Jamaican rum, given that Martinique rum in historical recipes apparently was closer to Jamaican rum today.

  • Opaque tan drink with an aroma that evokes lemon cookies on nose. Nuttiness from the beginning to the end. The lemon on the front end and the rye spice on the back end allow the indulgent Nutella flavors to show off without getting too cloying.
