Apple forward with lots of herbal notes and spice. There are several recipes online for making homemade spiced apple syrup if you wish to go that route. Just be careful. This is 3 oz of 50+ % alcohol.
This drink was created for the March 2024 original cocktail competition in the r/cocktails subreddit that required the use of Brandy and Green Chartreuse. The name came about because it was a Sidecar riff.

- Slightly Off — Rye, Herbal liqueur, Cynar 70, Grapefruit bitters, Lime juice
- Full Metal SWOpin — Whiskey, Strega, Pear liqueur, Peychaud's Bitters, Lime juice
- Tin City Sipper — Brandy, Herbal liqueur, Pastis, Rhubarb bitters, Lemon juice, Sherry vinegar
- Tom Tom Blues — Whiskey, Herbal liqueur, Cranberry bitters, Warm spice liqueur, Grapefruit juice, Salt
- The Stark — Bourbon, Herbal liqueur, Bitters, Honey syrup, Lemon juice
