The Urban Prairie

1 1⁄4 oz Gin, North Shore #6
2⁄3 oz Lemon juice
1⁄3 oz Simple syrup
3⁄4 oz Peach puree
1 1⁄2 oz Ale (Medium bodied)
Instructions

Combine all ingredients except the beer in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake and double strain into a Collins glass. Float beer on top.

Notes

Peach puree: 1 squeeze lemon, blended fresh peach strained though mesh strainer; add simple syrup if needed to taste
