- It's hard to beat a daquiri, and I'm not sure this one does, but it's about as good a variant as I've had.
- Trial By Fire — Tequila, Bitters, Pineapple juice, Lemon juice, Simple syrup, Salt Solution
- Wipeout — Overproof rum, Navy strength rum, Virgin Islands Rum, Pineapple juice, Coffee, Demerara syrup, Lemon juice
- Un Poivron en Vacances (Mr Pepper on Holiday) — Barbados Rum, Allspice Dram, Bitters, Orange juice, Lime juice, Mango juice, Hellfire Habanero Shrub, Passion fruit syrup, Yellow bell pepper
- Blackbeard's Nephew — Overproof rum, Jamaican rum, Falernum, Apricot liqueur, Bitters, Passion fruit juice, Lemon juice, Simple syrup
- Shopping — Rum, Herbal liqueur, Warm spice liqueur, Pomegranate juice, Lime juice, Orgeat
Not to be confused with the "Autumn's Daiquiri" which is similar in name and concept. The Eclipse rum adds a funky apple note but the other drink just adds apple cider (a lot!). This one is definitely more true to the basic daiquiri template of booze + lime + sugar.
I've made this by using a mild spiced rum and subbed a smidge of rum for apple brandy. Not the same but definitely in the spirit of the drink.
Per the D&C book, this is supposed to have 1/2 oz. pineapple juice as well.
