- Brandy & Bubbles (Shoofly) — Champagne, Singani, Floc de Gascogne, Bitters, Honey syrup, Ginger syrup, Acid phosphate, Orange flower water
- Gatsby — White whiskey, Champagne, Bianco Vermouth, Herbal liqueur, Orange bitters, Absinthe
- B2C2 — Brut Champagne, Cognac VSOP, Bénédictine, Triple sec
- Handbook for the Recently Deceased — Bourbon, Prosecco, Falernum, Bitters, Peychaud's Bitters, Lemon peel
Used Cocchi Americano for the sweet vermouth. The resulting cocktail was light, but tasty due to the Americano.
