Aster Family Flip
Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with drops of Angostura Bitters.
(*) Note that the original, the Aster Family Sour, calls only for egg white.

- Bitter Rival — Cynar, Virgin Islands Rum, Crème de mure, Lemon juice, Egg white
- Rest in Pieces of Eight — Cynar, Jamaican rum, Licor 43, Virgin Islands Rum, Lemon juice, Ginger syrup, Egg white, Demerara syrup
- Drink of Laughter and Forgetting — Cynar, Herbal liqueur, Bitters, Lime juice, Rich demerara syrup 2:1
- Turnbuckle — Cynar, Jamaican rum, Lemon juice, Passion fruit syrup, Orgeat
- A Kidnapped Drink — Cynar, Herbal liqueur, Bitters, Lime juice, Ginger syrup, Honey syrup

Since this is a single ingredient variation of an existing recipe, I am listing it as an "altered recipe", although since it has its own name, I could have listed it as "authentic"...it is both.
