Full Windsor Cocktail
Stir, strain, up, twist.
Very similar to the Norman Conquest (made with Calvados and sometimes Scotch rather than bourbon, no Bénédictine), and somewhere between a Corpse Reviver No. 1 and a Vieux Carré.
- Monkey Shoulder Scotch
- A bit nondescript but well put together. Beautiful amber color. Strangely has a little of the "zippy" flavor I associate with maraschino.
- Enigma Cocktail — Whiskey, Sweet vermouth, Cherry Liqueur, Herbal liqueur, Peychaud's Bitters
- Naramata — Cognac, Sweet vermouth, Pommeau de Normandie, Peach bitters, Bitters, Orange peel
- Brunswick — Cognac, Dry vermouth, Bénédictine, Amer Picon
- That'll Take the Edge Off — Scotch, Sweet vermouth, Herbal liqueur, Peychaud's Bitters, Absinthe, Grapefruit peel
- Frenchman Street — Rye, Dark rum, Sweet vermouth, Peychaud's Bitters, Absinthe, Mint, Sugar
