- Light in the Attic — Añejo rum, Cynar, Amontillado Sherry, Bitters, Orange peel
- Major Blunt — Blended Scotch, Sweet vermouth, Jamaican rum, Orange bitters
- Spanish Choker — Bourbon, Amontillado Sherry, Cynar, Bitters, Lemon peel
I always call this the Alto Cucina by Stephen Shellenberger that was published in the May/June issue of Imbibe Magazine. Orange twist though.
