- Made with navy strength gin and St. George absinthe. Even poured a little narrow, the latter predominated, but once my palate adjusted to the licorice this was nice.

- Cucumber Lavender Sour Punch — Gin, Ginger liqueur, Crème Yvette, Lemon juice, Simple syrup, Cucumber, Lavender Tea
- Evergreen Swizzle — Gin, Herbal liqueur, Zirbenz Stone Pine Liqueur, Lime juice, Simple syrup
- Hummingbird Down — Gin, Herbal liqueur, Lemon juice, Honey syrup
- California Gimlet — Gin, Simple syrup, Lime juice
