Instructions

Shake, serve in a glass with ice. Garnish with half lime and 2 pineapple leaves

Shake all ingredients with ice for 15 seconds, strain into coupe. Garnish with lime twist or lime wheel.

Alternate build: use 1 oz lime juice instead of the .75 oz lime/grapefruit split, which will result in a more bitter, Campari focused drink

Sweet Corner

2 1⁄3 oz Corn Whiskey, Mellow Corn
1⁄4 oz Dry vermouth
1⁄4 oz Simple syrup (Cardamom)
1⁄4 oz Simple syrup (Red wine)
Instructions

Stir with ice in old fashioned glass, serve.

Notes

Red wine syrup:
4 oz red wine leftover, 4 oz white sugar, combine in shaker, low heat at water bath, stir. Bottle. Fridge.

Cardamom syrup:
In a mug higher than large, 4oz water, 4 oz cardamom pods crushed (or blended), microwave for 3 minutes. Checking to avoid overflowing. Add 4 oz white sugar.
Let infuse the mix overnight. Strain, then strain trough coffee filter. Bottle. Fridge.
