Stir, strain, up.
Combine lemon and blackberries. Muddle. Add remaining ingredients. Shake. Serve in rocks glass over ice.
I wanted to name this drink after Lorena Wood, but I kept slipping up and saying Lorena Bobbit. We're a family restaurant, and that just wasn't going to fly, so I changed it.
Like the name and the concept of this drink. I made a "version" of it with muddled dark brown sugar, plum bitters, and blackberries. And just shook the lemon, bourbon, and honey syrup (no allspice dram on hand). I was quite pleased with the way it turned out. I really like drinks that turn out deep purple in color like this one did.
Combine ingredients in a hurricane glass over crushed ice. Stir well. Garnish with lime wheel.
Combine lime juice with basil and cucumber. Muddle. Add agave, bitters and Chartreuse. Shake and double strain into rocks glass over ice. Garnish with lime wheel.
Named for the symbol on the front of the Chartreuse bottle. We LOVE Monty Python references!
Shake & strain ingredients into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with two moonshine cherries.
This cocktail is part of our "Spirit of Johnson City" Collection, all named for historical references to our region.
Named for Fiddlin' Charlie Bowman who once referred to moonshine in an early recording as "tater brandy". We fell in love and just had to make him a drink!

In the 1886 election for Tennessee's Governor, the Taylor brothers, Robert (Bob) and Alfred (Alf), ran against each other prompting the "War of The Roses" campaign that gained national attention. Democratic supporters of Robert L. Taylor wore white roses and Republicans supporting Alfred sported red roses.
Combine ingredients. Chill. Double Strain. Garnish with tangerine twist.
Created for my first MxMo Challenge: Intercontinental. The challenge was to use ingredients from as many continents as possible.
Named for Madison Montgomery, played by Emma Roberts on American Horror Story: Coven
Rim tiki glass or similar tall, ornate highball with coconut sugar. Build ingredients over crushed ice. Using a long bar spoon, swizzle stir the drink until the glass begins to frost (approx 45 seconds).
We make our own house lime cordial, and for this recipe I keep a batch infused with lemongrass. You can create a similar product by combining 1 crushed stalk of lemongrass with 1 cup fresh squeezed lime juice, 1 cup water and 1/2 cup cane sugar.
Using a match, light a cinnamon stick on fire on a small plate. Allow it to burn for a few seconds. Turn a clean, room temperature martini glass upside down over the cinnamon stick to snuff it out. Allow it to smoke glass while you prepare the cocktail. Mix ingredients and serve at room temperature. Garnish with an apple wheel and dust with ground cinnamon.
