Ap-Ap-Apple Sour
Liquids: Shake > Strain > Coupe... Garnish: Squeeze > Rim > Drop
When lemon juice is particularly tart, garnish is recommended.
- Confusion — Apple brandy, Aperol, Triple sec, Rhubarb bitters, Lemon juice
- Tall T — Calvados, Grapefruit liqueur, Amaro, Cranberry bitters, Lemon juice, Salt
- Pomme en Croute — Calvados, Campari, Orange Curaçao, Lemon juice, Sugar, Orange, Orange peel
- Applejack Sour — Apple brandy, Bitters, Lemon juice, Orange juice, Maple syrup, Nutmeg
- Bondage — Apple brandy, Rye, Ginger liqueur, Pear liqueur, Orange bitters, Lemon juice
Finish is too sour...too much naked lime juice tartness. It needs just a touch of sweetener, maybe a touch of falernum or a teaspoon of demerrara syrup.
